Natasha is an accomplished Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) with nearly 20 years of experience in mental health. Recognized for her expertise, she specializes in adult ADHD and explores metabolic interventions, like ketogenic diets, to support mental wellness—blending traditional therapies with innovative strategies to enhance client outcomes.
With a Master’s degree with distinction in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health from King’s College London, Natasha combines a strong academic background with practical experience. She is a co-founder of DBT Winnipeg, where she has been instrumental in bringing Dialectical Behavior Therapy services to the community.
Natasha also co-founded the Mental Health Collective, reflecting her commitment to collaboration and innovation within the mental health field. Dedicated to delivering exceptional care, she is passionate about advancing mental health services through creative, community-focused initiatives.
